This high sensor can be used to detect when levels of a particular miRNA are high. Useful for diverse sensing purposes. This particular plasmid is intended to express L7Ae in low amounts of miR-30d, repress L7Ae in presence of significant miR-30d. High sensors were constructed using Golden Gate assembly. We combined the miR-125b target sequence and the MAV1212-hEF1a-L7ae backbone.
